Why is it needed? What's the point? Why seperate the PvE community like that? Why give 'oldbies' power?

And you're not even doing that. You could have someone run you through the ENTIRE GAME and get to this 'elite' area and you would STILL be a moron.

First of all, neoteo, you're a moron.

Now that I got that out of the way, all Kakumei was talking about was that you can be run to pretty much every single place in this game. You can pretty much be ran to Hell's Precipe. You can get ran to Thunderhead Keep, join a party that pretty much does all the work, and there sir, you are on the fire islands. Then it is simply just being able to get your hand held and taken through the rest of the missions, and voila, you've technically have been ran through the whole game.

Just remember, you don't NEED to reach Ascension to get to the end of the story, therefore people can still reach pretty much any area by having their hand held. And about the mirror, every class has their own little "tricks" to killing him, so any newbie can take him out if they simply get taught how.

Any "Elitist" town will be filled with newbies who want to strap on the good ol' leash and get taken their by anyone for the right amount of money.

Furthermore, quit bitching about people spamming your thread, and saying how we've destroyed it with our junk. Your Elitist, and dare I say Facist views on what should be added to this game is considered spam on an extremely higher level than any reply in this thread.

Its not that bad to have a extra town that only ppl go in if they have finished the game, maybe a second mirror but this time u must take all 8 skills and fight him with your own main pro and use no second pro skils. Now thats what I would like to see, it should be a garden and not a city. more like a place to chill and NO WTB/WTS/WTT or please help, please give, please join my guild o_O.
I dont say that I dont like to help ppl there are lots of ppl that know they can ask me for help any time lol I have given away more gold weapon and gold to new players and helped them with mission that its not healty any more , its just that some time I realy want to go to a town with ppl talking about something else, not the way it looks now in lions arch, droknar or ascalon.

For intelligent discussion isn't that what these forums are for? IMO the chat facilities ingame are okay but when you look at some of the threads around guildwarsguru, can you really imagine any discussion like that happening in those chat channels?

ok , im sorry for my rude atitudes , even with so bad posts on my thread , i shouldnt say suchs things . now that i have taken that out of the way.
i never said anything about inteligent chat , or elitists only town , i would like to see a town for end game , we all now after hell percipice you are teleported to droknars forge.

the only place no one can run you to is dragons lar and tombs , you have to beat mirror , like someone said it is not that hard.

but atm i belive anet didnt do it on porpuse , the same way UW and FIssure are located in temple of the ages and not in hells percipice.

the comunity aspect must be always present.

but also they are making some changes in that aspect for pvp , in the factions event , new comers now had to beat 5 times random arenas to reach team arenas ... and then win i dont know how many to reach heros ascend ... this means that you wont find there a person that got the game from the store 5 mins ago.

i never said anything about kids , imature , elitists , inteligent chat ... noobs , non noobs .. etc etc

and i never said that in the end game town there wont be quiters , non skilled , etc etc , or just elitists inteligent persons ... just a ultra hard PVE zone for people that have done everything.

to gain access to that zone is the problem ... since there are runners for everything ... another mirror might be the only way ...

What Neoteo is suggesting is not elitist in the sense that many suggestions have been (scanning back over the forums in any given time period I am sure you can find bucket loads of truly mad ideas) in that what he suggests is already built in to the game ot some extent.

If you don't agree with what he is suggesting then fine- whatever your grounds for disagreement. That does not excuse being rude however, and looking at the style of his posts I don't think he is the elitist snob some people are branding him as. Just my opinion comparing his posts to others which I *have* thought elitist.

For my 2p, I think the new HoH is designed to achieve just what Neoteo is suggesting- an area you can only play in after ascension, which in theory ought to mean only reasonably experienced players.

To get there you need to have either played for a fair while or been run- a lot. That much running would usually indicate a large gold expenditure (how much would a LBSR charge to get you all the way to HoH?), which comes either from gameplay (in which case no problem) or buying in-game money. A really helpful guild *might* do the same, but if they are good enough to run someone that far, they are probably also good enough to know it isn't a healthy idea.

So to take a different perspective, ebay'd money is more of a problem to destroying game balance than anything else, IMO.

Yeah, whenever I tire of the sheer idiocy that plagues home districts sometimes, I go to international. Usually very few people there, peaceful, nice respite.

Not really. Most of the people that ebay large quantities of gold either want some exclusive items or FoW armor. They have no interest in actually playing the game. It's extemely unlikely you'll ever have to cover for them in a mission/quest group. It's all about the bragging rights. here isn't much to brag about in a group of eight.
